Another one of the gunmen who shot their way into the governorate building in Erbil, capital of the semi-autonomous Kurdish region in northern Iraq, carried out a suicide bombing on Monday, Kurdish security forces at the scene said.

The officials said several hostages remain inside the building, where the gunmen seized control of the third floor.
