Egyptian Stock Market loses EGP 2.7 bln Monday

The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) indexes dropped again at the close of trading on Monday in light of the current regional developments.

The market capital lost EGP 2.7 billion to reach EGP 758.9 billion amid transactions that hit about EGP 730 million.

The EGX 30 benchmark index dropped by 0.12% to close at 13,521.46 points.

The broader EGX 70 index of the leading smaller and mid cap enterprises (SME) decreased by 0.1% to 698.31 points, while the broader index EGX-100 went down 0.14% to 1,750.66 points.
