In Photos: Two Cairo theatres reopen with three premieres

Egypt's Artistic Theatre House celebrated on Sunday the premiere of three plays at Al-Taleia (Experimental) Theatre and Cairo Puppet Theatre after they were reopened following renovations.

The 350-seat Cairo Puppet Theatre resumed work by staging at 6:30pm the play 'Rehlet Snohi,' written by Mohamed Amin Abdel-Samad and directed by Eid Mosa'ad.

Al-Taleia Theatre's 130-seat Zaki Tolimat Hall featured at 9pm the play 'Shebak Maksour,' written by Rasha Abdel-Moneim and directed by Shady El-Daly, while the theatre's 100-seat Salah Abdel-Sabour Hall featured at 7pm the play 'Fil-Entizar,' written by Said Haggag and directed by Hamada Shousha.

The two theatres are located near the National Theatre in El-Ataba in downtown Cairo.
