The Cultural Development Fund, a body operating under the Ministry of Culture, has announced that it is accepting applications from young people to take part in the fifth edition of the Golden Voice Competition.

The applicants should be of Egyptian nationality, aged between 18 and 30, and should present a song from the repertoire of Arabic music at the Cultural Development Fund before 30 November.

Applications can be collected at the CDF office, located on the Cairo Opera House grounds.

The annual Golden Voice Competition was launched by the renowned singer Mohsen Farouk (1961-2017).
