Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry travelled to Vienna on Sunday to begin a tour of a number of European countries, including Austria, Croatia, Lithuania and Latvia.

After that, the minister will visit Zagreb, where he will meet with Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović and Foreign Minister Gordan Grlić Radman to discuss several regional issues of common interest, the spokesman said.

The minister will lead the Egyptian delegation to the Egypt-Lithuania Business Council, during which an agricultural cooperation agreement is set to be signed.

Shoukry will hold meetings with a group of Lithuanian senior officials, the spokesman said.

In Latvia, Shoukry will meet with a number of senior officials to discuss means of promoting bilateral relations and issues of common interest.
