Egypt's Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has discussed at a meeting with the vice president of Boeing means of boosting cooperation between EgyptAir and the US aircraft giant, especially in light of the Egyptian government's plan to modernize the national air carrier fleet.
During the meeting, the two sides touched on the possibility of launching cooperation between Boeing and Egypt's ministry of communications in the field of technology development and Software.
The meeting was attended by the ministers of investment, oil and communications, as well as the Egyptian ambassador in Washington.
Recently Egypt received 6 787-9Boeing Dreamliner as part of a deal to modernize EgyptAir fleet.
Madbouly is currently in Washington to attend the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank
