Dollar exchange rate sees slight decline in Egypt's major banks

The US dollar exchange rate maintained its downward trend during transactions at major banks on Monday.

The dollar value has dropped by more than EGP 1.5 since the start of the year.

At the National Bank of Egypt and Banque Misr, the dollar rate declined by one piaster, recording EGP 16.17 for buying and EGP 16.27 for selling.

At the Commercial International Bank, the dollar rate remains stable, registering EGP 16.16 for buying and EGP 16.26 for selling.

The dollar price retreated by one piaster, registering EGP 16.17 for buying and EGP 16.27 for selling at the Arab African International Bank.

At the National Bank of Greece, the dollar exchange rate went down by one piaster, reaching EGP 16.17 for buying and EGP 16.27 for selling.

The dollar price dropped by one piaster to reach EGP 16.17 for buying and EGP 16.27 for selling at the Suez Canal Bank.
