Fri 20, 8pm: A piano recital by Adam Heron. Born in Hong Kong in 1999 of Nigerian-Filipino descent, pianist Heron is one of today’s leading young pianists. He is a winner of the Irish Heritage Music Award and finalist of thefinalist in the BBC Young Musician of the Year contest. He will perform Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s Sonata in F-major K. 280, Johann Sebastian Bach’s English Suite No. 2 in A-minor BWV 807, Frédéric Chopin's Nocturnes Op. 27, Isaac Albéniz's Iberia, Book One and Johannes Brahms's Four Pieces for Piano Op. 119.
