The festival is accepting entries from students enrolled in all departments of Egyptian and Arab universities.

Carrying the name of Quarantine Media and Film Festival, the event accepts documentary films, fiction films, podcasts, and advertisement media, stressing that the production should be done at home. The works can be done with home-based tools, for example mobile cameras. Films and podcast durations should range between three and five minutes.

A podcast can be created in English or Arabic, while films should include subtitles.

The jury of the festival includes numerous renowned figures in film and media.

The entries are accepted starting 15 April until 7 May.
