An hour ago, hundreds of army soldiers in Abbasiya securing Ministry of Defence were joined by area residents and chanted "The military and the poeple are one hand" in praise of the military.
Residents were playing and chanting patrotic songs while military soldiers paraded Abbasiya square in military drill-formations chanting army slogans.
