Zamalek club announced they will contact Haras El-Hodoud to land their striker Ahmed Eid Abdel-Malek during the current summer transfer window.
"We are sending an official fax on Tuesday to Haras El-Hodoud about Abdel-Malek," White Castle board member and head of the contract commission, Abdulla Goerge revealed to Ahram Sports.
Zamalek want a striker after the departure of Amr Zaki to Turkey’s Elazigspor, Ahmed Hossam "Mido" to English side Branselly and Mahmoud Abdel-Razik "Shikabala" to UAE’s Al-Wasl.
The 32-year-old Egypt forward Abdel-Malek demanded three million pounds a season to confirm the move.
