Prime Minister Hisham Qandil issued a comment on his Twitter account on Saturday evening on the ongoing clashes taking place in downtown Cairo between protesters and the police since Monday.

"The choice at the end is to the people; to build or to destroy; to set a stone after stone to build or to throw stone after stone to spill blood."
