At the end of March theAmerican University in Cairo (AUC) Press will host a Book Fair at the AUC campus inTahrir Square called the Tahrir Book Fair.
This comes after news spread of the likely cancellation of the Cairo International Book Fair, following the request from the Book Organisation for publishers to remove their books.
The Tahrir Book Fair willl include thousands of titles by booksellers and publishers from Egypt and abroad, and will also feature author signings, panel seminars, forums and special receptions.
The dates for the AUC’s week-long fair will be announced shortly.
