A car bomb killed at least three people Saturday near a petrol station in eastern Lebanon's town of Hermel, a stronghold of the Shia movement Hezbollah, the army said.

"A car bomb exploded near the Al-Aytam service station in Hermel," a security source said of the second blast to hit the area in less than a month.
