Minister of Finance Ahmed Kouchouk said Egypt’s newly signed investment partnership with Qatar marks a turning point in the country’s efforts to attract large-scale foreign investment, strengthen its position as a regional hub for manufacturing and exports, and create thousands of new jobs, according to a statement by the ministry on Sunday.
