Israel said Wednesday that it has reopened a major crossing into northern Gaza to allow humanitarian aid trucks to enter, according to the Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT), the Israeli defence ministry body that oversees civilian affairs in the occupied Palestinian territories.
