Passenger rail revenues top LE743 million

A report by IDSC records an increase in the revenues of Egypt's rail industry

Egypt’s passenger rail industry’s revenues have increased by 4 per cent reaching about LE743 million during the period from January to October 2010, states the Cabinet, Information and Decision Support Centre (IDSC) monthly report.

The report added that the revenues from the freight rail industry has reached LE254 million during the same  period , recording a 19.4 per cent rise from last year.
