Over six days, a wide selection of films made by women will be screened at three venues: the Creativity Centre at the Cairo Opera House, Falaki Theatre at the American University in Cairo campus in downtown, and the Goethe Institute.
The festival will screen over 60 films representing 40 countries. Its sections include the International Panorama, the Egyptian Panorama and the Caravan of Arab – Iberoamerican Women’s Films.
Germany will be the Country in Focus with a selection of five films.
See below programme for all the details.
Films marked with Q&A will be followed by a short discussion.
