France's Hollande arrives in Moscow for Ukraine talks with Putin:Official

French President Francois Hollande arrived in Moscow on Friday for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin aimed at ending the 10-month conflict in Ukraine, a Russian foreign ministry spokesman said.

"His plane just arrived," the spokesman told AFP. He arrived in Moscow minutes after German Chancellor Angela Merkel's plane touched down at Vnukovo airport.
