US Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday he was hopeful his talks with his Russian counterpart in Geneva would help bring about the change needed to end fighting in Ukraine.
"I'm very hopeful that it will in fact be the start of a change which would be an improvement for everybody," Kerry told reporters in Geneva after meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
