The worse trouble gets, the easier it will be dealt with.

إذا اشتد الكرب هان.

Eza eshtad el karb han.

Translation: The worse trouble gets, the easier it will be dealt with.

Meaning: You'll get a second wind eventually and learn how to address adversity. It is the first shock, not the crisis itself, that would unsettle you. Afterwards, you'll get the hang of your difficulties. This saying recognises the latent potential in all of us to deal with awkward situations once we've had the time to brace ourselves.
