Ahly's trio Hendrik Helmke, Sherif Abdel-Fadil and Ahmed khairy are doubtful for Ragaa game on Tuesday as the Egyptian Premier League is set to resume, the club said on Saturday.
German-Brazilian midfielder Helmke, who joined on a free transfer in the January transfer window, injury-prone midfielder Khairy and versatile defender Abdel-Fadil are likely to miss out on the match against Ragaa due to injuries.
Walid Soliman, who hurt his knee in Egypt's training camp last week, has recovered and will be available for the match after coming through Saturday's training session unscathed.
The 30-year-old winger has been one of Ahly's best performers so far this season as the Red Devils seek to claim a record-equaling ninth consecutive league title.
Egypt's cabinet decided to resume the league behind closed doors on 30 March, after it was suspended following Cairo's Air Defence Stadium disaster last month.
The Premier League as well as the other football competitions have been frozen since 8 February, when 20 Zamalek supporters were killed after police forces used teargas to disperse a crowd of fans attempting to enter the Air Defence Stadium ahead of a league match with ENPPI.
Holders Ahly, who still have a game in hand, are third in the table with 36 points, six short of second-placed ENPPI and nine adrift of leaders and arch-rivals Zamalek
