Weather swings, instability and rain will continue through Sunday, with moderate weather returning Monday, Wahid Saudi, spokesperson for the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA), told Al-Ahram's Arabic news website.

Saudi added that on Monday the weather will be moderate in the morning, changing towards cold at night.

Experts told MENA that relatively cold weather will remain Sunday over the north of the country to the north of Upper Egypt.

In the extreme south, it will be moderate during the day and very cold at night.

Winds continue to be strong across the whole country. Maritime navigation will remain unstable in the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea.

Rain is likely in north of the country to Cairo, and the north of Upper Egypt, and will be heavy on Northern Sinai.

In Cairo, the temperatures tomorrow will be between 19 and 11 degrees Celsius. The same in Alexandria, while in Marsa Matrouh the range will be between 18 and 10 degrees Celsius.
