Ahly defenders Sherif Abdel-Fadil and Sabri Rahil have returned to the squad for the Assiouty match on Tuesday in the Egyptian Premier League.
Forwards Emad Meteb, Ahmed Abdel-Zaher and Mohamed Nagy 'Gedo' are still out of the squad due to injuries and technical reasons.
Veteran striker Meteb left the Egyptian national team camp on Friday with a thigh injury he sustained during the Ismaily game last week. The 32-year-old has recovered from his injury according to the club's website but will not play against Assiouty.
On the other hand, Nigerian striker Peter Ebimobowei has been called up for the game after recovering from his hamstring injury.
The Cairo giants have to win their coming league game to remain in the running to defend their league title. They are 3rd with 40 points, eight behind arch-rivals and leaders Zamalek.
