راس الكسلان بيت الشيطان

Ras el kaslan beit el shitan

Translation: The head of the lazy  is the home of Satan

Meaning: Nothing but even comes out of idleness. This saying, no longer in circulation, is a denouncement of idleness. Those who don’t want to be part of the mainstream system, of the workforce, who prefer to be vagabonds and tramps, will end up breaking from the society, or even worse: turn against it.
