Egyptian Air flight attendants have decided to suspend their plans to go on strike on Friday.
Hussein Massoud, head of the Egypt Air Holding Company, said that he had agreed to fulfill all the demands of the flight attendants who were planning to go on strike tomorrow.
Mohamed Talal, the official spokesperson of the flight attendants, said that they decided to abort the strike because they were worried about the negative impact it will have on the country. He added that their request to form a special sector for flight attendants will help improve the work of the attendants and the services they offer which will benefit the company in the end.
Talal added that they have formed a committee to discuss the demands of the flight attendants with the company’s administration.
