Werder Bremen striker Claudio Pizarro
The 32-year-old picked up the injury playing in a training match with the national team ahead of the Copa America which takes place in Argentina from July 1-24.
Pizarro, who scored nine times in the Bundesliga last season, was due to return to the national team after a three-year exile.
