US Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on Monday called for funding more inspections of gun dealers and revoking licenses of those who supply traffickers, offering more details on how she would toughen gun control rules if elected.
Clinton said on her website that she would also crack down on so-called straw purchases, in which a person with a clean record buys a gun for a felon. Gun control advocates have argued the restrictions on straw purchases are too lax.
