The Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has declared three days of national mourning following the death of at least 86 people when two explosions ripped through groups of leftist and pro-Kurdish activists gathering for an anti-government peace rally in the Turkish capital Ankara on Saturday.
