نص العمى ولا العمى كله
Nos el ‘ama wala el ‘ama kollo
Translation: Better to be blind in one eye than blind in both.
Meaning: It is better to have something than nothing at all. Use this proverb when you have to do a quick fix because there is no time for something better, like when you use the wrong light bulb in the hallway or when you have to store old clothes in a garbage bag.
