Egyptian midfielder Mahmoud 'Trezeguet' Hassan made his debut with Anderlecht in Sunday's 2-1 win over Westerlo in the Belgian league.
The Egyptian international played as a second half substitute, replacing teammate Dodi Lukebakio in the 81st minute. He had a half chance to score when he tried to chip the keeper from the edge of the area but his effort was collected by the keeper.
Trezeguet, who featured with Anderlecht's B team in Friday's 2-0 loss to Genk, has recently rejoined his side's training after recovering from a shoulder surgery that sidelined him for around two months.
The 22-year-old picked up his dislocated shoulder injury during an Egyptian training session in the United Arab Emirates, where they faced Zambia in a friendly game in October.
Trezeguet joined Anderlecht from Egypt's Ahly on a season-long loan in the summer but he is yet to make his debut with the club.
After 21 rounds, Anderlecht currently lies second on the league table with 41 points, two behind leaders Gent.
