Metro service in Cairo was delayed on Friday after a man committed suicide by throwing himself in front of a train, state-owned MENA reported.
According to spokesperson of the metro operation company Ahmed Abdel Hady, a man threw himself in front a metro train entering Attaba station early Friday.
The metro movement was reportedly suspended for 12 minutes while the body was removed.
