Yields jump on Egyptian debt at CBE Monday auction

Yields on Egyptian government bonds rose at an auction on Monday, data from the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) showed.

The average yield on a 1-1/2-year zero coupon bond jumped to 14.495 percent from 14.219 percent when it was last sold on April 4.

The yield on Egypt's three-year treasury bond rose to 14.896 percent from 14.639 percent at the April 4 auction.
