Inter Milan and Cameroon striker Samuel Eto’o was awarded the FIFA club World cup Golden ball as the best player of the 2010 edition

The Nerazzurri ace produced a brilliant display in the club World cup  assisting Argentinean striker Diego Milito to score in the semi-final 3-0 win against South Korean Seongnam before making his own showpiece in the final game scoring a goal and delivering another assist to Goran Pandev in the 3-0 victory over African champions TP Mazembe.

His performance in the final earned him the Man of the Match award.

TP Mazembe striker Alain Dioko Kaluyituka won the Silver Ball after leading his teammates to become the first African team to have ever played the final of the FIFA club world cup.

Argentinean midfielder Andres D’Alessandro has collected his second bronze award of the night after finishing third best player of the tournament after leading Internacional to beat Seongnam in the match for the third-place.
