The Muslim Brotherhood’s supreme guide, Mohamed Badie, is set to reveal a Muslim Brotherhood office in the upscale district of Maadi, Cairo, on Saturday.
Many banners were hung in Maadi in recent days to congratulate the Brotherhood on the new office.
It is understood that the Muslim Brotherhood is seeking to win parliamentary seats of Maadi, which were previously dominated by National Democratic Party figure Hussein Megawer, who is now standing trial for his alleged involvement in the Battle of the Camel, along with businessman Mohamed Morshedi.
