We will review a revised offer made by Vimpelcom to buy assets, but that the deal's value will not change, said Egyptian tycoon, chairman of Weather Investments Naguib Sawiris on Tuesday.
"The deal will not change in value or conditions," Chairman of Weather Investments said in an interview on Al Arabiya television, adding he expected to receive the revised offer on Tuesday or Wednesday.
"The only condition that will change is specific to the shareholders' agreement."
Weather is in a deal to sell a majority stake in Egyptian mobile firm Orascom Telecom and Italian operator Wind to Vimpelcom.
