Women world number one Nour El-Sherbini eased passed compatriot Omneya Abdel-Kawy 3-0 (11-1, 11-4 and 11-8) on Tuesday to go through to the Al-Ahram open semis.
El-Sherbini needed only 22 minutes to maintain her winning run in the $100,000 tournament.
"I was trying to be focused from the first rally," El-Sherbini told the tournament's official website on Tuesday.
"I think I was controlling the rallies well, I found myself 6/1, 7/1, so I just wanted to keep going with that momentum, which I managed to do on the first and second."
The 20-year-old will face Egyptian Nour El-Tayeb - who defeated Alison Waters 3-2 (11/6, 11/6, 11/13, 12/14, 11/8) - in Thursday's semis.
