Egypt’s President Sisi promotes chief of presidential guard to Lt. general

Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi ratified on Wednesday a decision to promote the Commander of the Presidential Guard Mohamed Ahmed Zaki from major general to lieutenant general, a presidency statement read.
