Some of Egypt's top actors and filmmakers hit the red carpet at the El-Gouna Film Festival on Monday for the official world premiere of Photocopy, a star-studded feature film directed by Tamer Ashry.
Among those spotted by Ahram Online were actors Mahmoud Hemeida and Amr Salama, along with actresses Elham Shahin, Shereen Reda, Farah Youssef, Yousra and Nelly Karim.
The film is produced by Red Star Productions and written by Haitham Dabour.
The cast includes Mahmoud Hemeida, Shereen Reda, Farah Youssef, Aly Tayeb and Ahmed Dash.
Photocopy is competing for the Best Feature Movie prize at the first El-Gouna Film Festival, which runs from 22 to 29 September.
The film premiered at the Open-air Theatre on 25 September and will have another screening on 27 September at Tub (Audi Max) in El-Gouna.
Photocopy will go on general release in Egypt's cinemas later this year.
