Egypt's Meteorological Authority (EMA) said that the country's current heat wave will continue through Wednesday in most regions, Al-Ahram Arabic reported.
Visibility will be limited on Egypt's northwest coast, where high winds will be active. Winds will also hit northern Upper Egypt and also the Gulf of Suez, where they may lead to a disturbance in navigation, the statement said.
According to the EMA, Cairo and the Nile Delta are forecast to experience a high of 41 degrees C and a low of 30 C.
Alexandria and the North Coast will experience a high of 33 C and a low of 25 C.
Meanwhile, a high of 44 C and a low of 25 C are forecast for northern Upper Egypt.
Egypt's northeastern coast and North Sinai will experience a high of 32 C and a low of 24 C, while South Sinai and Hurghada will see a high of 40 C and a low of 29 C.
Southern Upper Egypt and the Halayeb triangle will receive a high of 40 C and a low of 32 C, the EMA said.
