The Cairo Impro ensemble will hold a concert at the Vibe for Developing Arts on 23 November.
Founded by Egyptian composer Bahaa El-Ansary and Polish guitarist Pawel Kuzma, Cairo Impro consists of several members who are fascinated by improvisation and experimental music.
The musicians use instruments and objects to produce sounds which are freed from harmony, rhythm and melody, as understood in traditional terms.
Since their founding in 2017, Cairo Impro has given numerous successful concerts and free improvisation workshops across many venues in Cairo.
Programme:
Friday 23 November, 8pm
Vibe for Developing Arts, 7 Mosaddak street, Dokki
