Egypt's non-petroleum exports reach $1.988 bln in October: GOEIC

The General Organisation for Import and Export Control (GOEIC) said that Egypt's total non-petroleum exports increased in October by $43 million to reach $1.988 billion, compared to $1.945 billion during the same month last year.

In a statement on Monday, the GOEIC said that the Egyptian industrial non-petroleum exports hit $1.653 billion in October, while the foodstuff exports amounted to $335 million.

Egypt's exports to the Arab League member states reached $747 million in October.
