Udinese to loan Ivory Coast star to Sochaux

Serie A highflyers Udinese are set to loan Ivory Coast international midfielder Thierry Doubai to French Ligue 1 strugglers Sochaux, the French club's president Alexandre Lacombe announced on Monday

The 23-year-old - who joined Udinese from Swiss side Young Boys Berne last July - is set to undergo a medical with Sochaux and if he passes it will remain with the club till June.

Sochaux are presently second from bottom of Ligue 1 a point adrift of safety.
