International cartoonist Carlos Latuff mourns Egyptian writer Galal Amer and makes a statement about Egypt's ruling military leader

Under the title Prince of Satire international and political cartoonist, Carlos Latuff, presents his tribute to Egypt with his latest piece mourning the late Egyptian writer, Galal Amer. 

In Prince of Satire Latuff draws Amer painting a red clown nose on a poster of Egypt's current de facto ruler, military man Tantawi. Amer walks confidently away from the poster. Latuff writes, "Long live Amer and down with Tawfik Okasha!"

Latuff told Ahram Online, "My cartoon is all I can say about Amer." 

Latuff posted his piece on his Twitter account on Sunday 12 February morning following the announcement of Galal Amer's death.
