Egypt's eighth National Youth Conference discusses effects of publishing lies on the state

The second session of the eighth National Youth Conference, held at Al-Manara International Conference Centre in New Cairo on Saturday, discussed "The effects of publishing lies on the state in light of Fourth Generation Wars."

The session was attended by President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi.

Some 1,600 participants -- most of whom are young people, including university students, youths who worked on El-Sisi’s presidential campaign, engineers working on national projects and entrepreneurs -- are taking part in the conference.

The one-day conference is scheduled to comprise three sessions, most notably later Saturday the "Ask the President" session, where President El-Sisi will answer questions from the public.

The first session discussed "The evaluation of the experience of combating terrorism, locally and and regionally."
