Masry technical staff manager Hossam Hassan and his twin brother, football director Ibrahim, have both withdrawn their previously-announced resignations.
Earlier this month, the duo announced their intention to give up football following the 1 February Port Said Stadium disaster that left at least 74 football fans dead and hundreds injured in Port Said.
“We will remain at the Port Said club to please our fans who objected to our resignations, especially given that the city has been through such a sad time in the wake of the incident,” Hassan told Ahram Online.
The former Zamalek coaches guided Masry through three games: two victories – over ENNPI and Ahly – and a draw with Ismaily.
