Pyramids FC and Masry, Egypt's representatives in the Confederation Cup, were handed an easy draw as the two sides will face Young Africans and Cote d'or (Seychelles) respectively in the playoff round.

The Confederation of African football (CAF) held on Wednesday the draw of the playoff, which features the teams who were eliminated from the African Champions League second round.

Pyramids FC, who reached the playoffs after claiming a 2-1 aggregate win over Algerian side Belouizdad last month, will take on Young Africans, who were eliminated from the Champions League after losing 2-3 on aggregate to ZESCO United of Zambia.

Meanwhile, Masry will have an easy mission as they will face Cote d'or, who suffered an embarrassing 11-1 aggregate defeat against South African's giants Sundowns.

Masry and Pyramids will play their respective first-leg games on 27 October, with the return taking place at home on 3 November.
