Egyptian side Ittihad of Alexandria reached the Arab Club Champions Cup quarters after claiming a 1-0 away win over Al-Muharraq of Bahrain in the second leg of the competition's round of 16 on Sunday.
Striker Khaled Qamar scored the winner with a fine header in the 73rd minute.
Ittihad won the first leg 2-0 at home earlier this month to book a last-eight spot with a 3-0 aggregate win.
They reached the regional tournament's quarter-finals last season before losing to Saudi side Al-Hilal.
