Kuwait’s Health Ministry announced that there were six cases of coronavirus among Egyptian residents in the country on Thursday.
According to the Kuwaiti Health ministry, the six cases of Egyptian expats are among 119 new cases recorded in the Gulf state on Thursday.
The ministry added in its report that the six Egyptians contracted the virus from infected cases.
There are five other Egyptians who are currently being observed to detect whether they have been infected.
To date, the total number of coronavirus patients in Kuwait stands at 1,524, including three fatalities and 75 patients who fully recovered.
