Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi welcomed on Friday "the joint efforts of the United States, Sudan, and Israel that led to the normalization agreement between Sudan and Israel."
“I appreciate all the efforts aiming to achieve the regional stability and peace,” El-Sisi said in a post on his Twitter and Facebook accounts.
Israel and Sudan agreed on Friday agreed to normalize relations in a deal brokered with the help of the United States, making Sudan the third Arab country to set aside hostilities with Israel in the past two months.
